Applying the DiamondMind Momentum process™ enables individuals to eradicate self-limiting beliefs, reprogram conditioned thinking, and replace bad habits with constructive action. Our power to influence positive outcomes is largely determined by the quality of our conversation (internal as well as external). For those of you who don’t know me, I have over 20 years of professional experience in sales and marketing and have worked in the nonprofit sector as well as in the corporate arena. I’ve been coaching and training for over ten of those years, and I have a passion for practicing and teaching persuasive communication skills because I’ve seen what a positive difference these skills can have on career fulfillment, improved relationships and expanded results.

As much as I enjoy speaking and training, I enjoy performance coaching even more because of the deepened relationships developed and the fact that I get to stick around, see clients get unstuck, and watch the results build!
